Mindfulness and “to-go”?
Is that even possible?

The Dalai Lama describes Mindfulness as a “state in which we remain completely focused on what we are doing without allowing ourselves to be distracted.” A desirable and well-sounding goal, but difficult to implement in our fast-moving and short-timed times. Many courses offer training in mindfulness meditation. A good thing, if you can make time for a 30- to 45-minute daily meditation practice.

Many people don't succeed and if they try anyway, it only creates more stress.

Due to the fact that time has become a scarce commodity,“To-go” offers developed. Take something with you on the go that is prepared so that you can use it straight away. An attractive thing, provided that the price and quality are right.

mindfulness-to-go offers mindfulness-based and psychotherapeutically proven procedures that have been prepared in such a way that they can be learned quickly, applied in a short time and are effective at the same time.

Just give it a try.
